17e INTERNATIONAAL ALPENBLOEMENFESTIVAL:

After 2 years [because Covid] it was finally time on Saturday evening May 28th. The book Plants along hiking trails Bohinj Slovenia, written by us, was presented during the opening of the International Alpine Flower Festival by the director of the Bohinj Tourist Office Mr. Klemen Langus, presented to the public. Klemen put it as follows: Normally we offer our guests our beautiful nature as a gift. This time the guests, Ben Krudde and Marianne Peppelman, came to us with a wonderful gift about our beautiful nature. He thanked us warmly and complimented us on what we delivered. The opening took place in the Bohinjska Bistrica Theater. After the introduction and presentation there was a performance by a trio with music. The evening ended with a snack, drink and positive conversations about our work.
